A: If you would like to add more than four letters to your necklace, you may need to upgrade your chain. For further information, please contact us.

The personalised design and meticulous craftsmanship ensure the necklace is tailored precisely to the original specifications, making any alterations post-purchase a more intricate process for our jewellers.

Q. Can I add more charms at a later date?

A: You can, however adding a charm at a later date is a more intricate process for the Tiny Letter Fixed Charm Necklace, as our jewellers have to reconfigure the entire piece, resulting in a higher fee.
