Q: Can you solder the charms in place?

A: The flower charms have been designed to move freely along the chain. However, if this is something you would like to do we have a Tiny Letter Fixed Charm Necklace, this piece is on a slightly thicker 1.4mm cable chain and the letters are soldered in place. For further information on how to do this, please contact us.

Q: Are your white gold Tiny Letter Necklaces rhodium plated?

A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are rhodium plated at no additional cost.
