Our individual Tiny Birthstone Charm are designed to be added to your existing Kate & Kole necklace. So as your family grows or your friendships flourish so can your beautiful and special piece. Our Tiny Birthstones are hammer set with a gorgeous 1.5mm stone and are designed to move freely along your chain. We can also add engraving to personalise your piece.

To add a birthstone after purchase, please contact us to help you organise the return of your piece.

Note: Our Tiny Birthstone Charms cannot be added without the assistance of a jeweller.

If you're adding a charm to an existing piece the timing will depend on when you're able to get your piece to us and the complexity of the charm you're adding.

Once we have your original piece it's usually around 5-10 days to add a charm, letter or bead.
