Shorten Chain | Find the perfect length

You can request a shorter custom length at the time of purchase, this must be less than the chain ordered. For example, if you would like a 38cm chain, please order a 40cm chain.

If this adjustment is to be made before you receive your piece it will be done so in accordance to the original piece timings.

If you need to shorten your chain after your order have been received please select "after purchase" to allow for a postage and handling fee. The timing of shortening your chain will depend on when you're able to get your piece to us, once we have your original piece it usually takes around 2-5 days to be completed.
