Our Repair Service allows us to repair your beautiful piece - dependent on the time period you have owned the item. This service needs to be approved by Kate & Kole first.
This includes but is not limited to chain breakage, clasp failings and charm issues.
Under Warranty 1-3 months - If your piece breaks within 3 months we will repair this item at no cost as it falls within our warranty period.
Extended Warranty 3-12 months - If you have an issue with your piece within this time frame we will be happy to repair the piece for a small fee.
Outside Warranty 1+ years - Any issues outside of 12 months of owning a piece we will repair for a fee - this is a higher fee as repairing a piece after this time frame is a more intricate process.

Repairs are usually able to be completed in 3-7 days once we receive your piece back in our studio. We know you will be excited to get your piece back and we do prioritise these in the studio. For an update on your repair please reach out to our customer service team.
