Our Diamond Heart Charms are designed to be added to your existing Kate & Kole Necklace. These charms are made to be everyday reminders of what matters to you.

The Diamond Heart Charm cannot be added to chains retrospectively without a jeweller.

Note: Our Diamond Heart Charm is designed to move freely along the chain. This charm is currently only available for neckwear.

5mm x 5mm Diamond Heart | 1.1mm Lab-Grown Diamonds | Polished Finish

This piece is made-to-order and can take up to 4 weeks to be produced. If you require your piece earlier than this, please contact us to discuss your order.

If you're adding a charm to an existing piece the timing will depend on when you're able to get your piece to us and the complexity of the charm you're adding. Once we have your original piece it's usually around 5-10 days to add a charm.
